TG ECET Result 2026 Tie-Breaking Rules
If two or more candidates secure the same marks, tie-breaking rules are used for rank preparation. For Engineering streams, marks in the Engineering subject are considered first, followed by Mathematics and Physics marks. If the tie still remains, the older candidate gets preference.
For B.Sc Mathematics candidates, Mathematics marks are considered first. For Pharmacy candidates, qualifying examination marks and age may be used to resolve the tie.
